School Director | Oconee

Jodie has worked in Early Childhood Care and Education since 2014 and joined Beacon Hill Schools in October 2022. She has held roles as Assistant Teacher, Lead Teacher, and Assistant Director, and is currently completing her Associate degree in ECCE.

Jodie is passionate about creating a safe, caring, and joyful environment where children feel valued and teachers feel supported. She leads with compassion and respect, guiding her team to provide the best possible experience for every child.

Olivia Mace

Assistant Director | Oconee

Olivia brings 7 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and has been part of the Beacon Hill Schools team for 1 year. Her background includes work in the foster care system for the State of Tennessee and as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in behavioral health.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education – Human Development with Business and is certified in CPR/First Aid. Olivia is passionate about creating a fun, welcoming community, encouraging active parent engagement, and supporting each child as they develop their unique personalities. She believes that with encouragement, time, and support, every individual can flourish and reach their full potential.
