Jenn Anthony
School Director | North Oconee
Jenn has 12 years of leadership experience supporting children from infancy through pre-teen ages, along with 5 years in early childhood education and 7 years in children’s physical education. She joined Beacon Hill Schools as School Director in June 2025.
Her previous roles include Preschool Director at First Methodist Church of Lake Oconee and Kids Manager at Life Time. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences, with a major in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Georgia.
Jenn is passionate about cultivating each child’s early educational foundation and empowering teachers to make meaningful, lasting impacts on the children in their care.

Markeita Dale
School Director | North Oconee
Markeita brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and joined Beacon Hill Schools as School Director in 2026. She has previously served as Assistant Director, Lead Kindergarten/First Grade Teacher, and Lead Preschool Teacher.
She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and is certified in CPR/First Aid, Child Development, and Program Management.
Markeita is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel seen, valued, and confident. She takes pride in supporting both academic and social-emotional growth, partnering with families, and empowering educators. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in regulation, trust, and alignment — focusing on creating psychologically safe spaces for staff so that children can thrive under the care of calm, supported adults.
