With 37 years in early childhood education, Kathy has served in every role from Assistant Teacher to Director, including 18 years in center leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies with additional studies in Social Science and Elementary Education. Kathy is dedicated to supporting families, guiding teachers, and ensuring every child feels loved and valued each day.

Latoya brings approximately 15 years of early childhood experience and a diverse leadership background spanning director and classroom roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with minors in Child Development and Psychology. Latoya is passionate about building trusted relationships and creating an environment where children, families, and teachers thrive
